Hey, I’m Saman 👋

I’m a software engineer based in Nanjing, China, with 15+ years of experience building backend systems, AI infrastructure, and developer tools.

I believe in craftsmanship over credentials — shipping reliable work, making thoughtful decisions, and building things that last.

What I’m Working On

• MCPHub — A unified hub for managing and orchestrating multiple MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers. 2,000+ GitHub stars, 300+ developer community.
• Selectly — An AI-powered browser extension for context-aware text processing.

Background

I currently lead a backend team at an insurtech company, where I’ve shipped AI-powered underwriting and policy entry systems using LLMs and agent frameworks.

Previously, I co-maintained EaseProbe with the late Chen Hao (左耳朵耗子) — an experience that deeply shaped how I think about open source and engineering craft.

How I Work

• AI-native development: I practice AI Coding + TDD daily, using AI to iterate on AI.
• Build in public: I ship open-source tools, write about decisions, and learn in the open.
• Quality over speed: I’d rather ship one well-crafted thing than ten half-baked ones.
